Do Not Worry . . .

Sometimes that’s easier said than done, right?

But one of the Reiki Precepts is “Just for Today, Do Not Worry” ~

If you can do something about what’s troubling you, then why worry. If you can’t do anything about what’s troubling you, well then, why worry. So try it, just for today, do not worry!
